Unimax offers automation solutions for workflows specific to your organization’s communications objectives. Our automated solutions reduce the time it takes to process workflows from days or weeks to seconds. To help, Unimax can create two types of Voicemail List Management solutions. The first enables end users to view, edit, and manage their own list membership. In the second case, lists are managed based on a given set of membership criteria. For example, if a new employee meets certain criteria, he or she is automatically added to the appropriate lists.
