Provisioning

Unimax’s Automated Provisioning solutions integrate the provisioning of telecommunications’ assets with other portions of corporate on-boarding and off-boarding processes. The solutions leverage 2nd Nature’s support for Microsoft Active Directory along with its capability to synchronize user profile data from a variety of enterprise databases. The result is an improved provisioning experience (for both end-users and administrators) and a significant cost savings potential.

For example, when a new employee joins an organization, his or her information is often captured in an HR system, or entered in Active Directory. Unimax can integrate these systems with 2nd Nature so that the new employee, based on their profile and group membership, is automatically assigned a phone, voice mailbox or other device. Similarly, when an employee leaves, the HR system notifies 2nd Nature to de-provision the voice mailbox, making sure it gets aged for the appropriate time before being reused.
