Unimax Releases 2nd Nature Version 7.0

New version adds support for Avaya’s Communication Manager

MINNEAPOLIS, April 6, 2010 – Unimax Systems Corporation®, a leading provider of telecommunications configuration management software and unified voice administration, today announced the general availability of 2nd Nature Version 7.0. The new version introduces support for Avaya’s Communication Manager. Existing support for other PBX and voice mail systems manufactured by Avaya, Cisco, and Nortel has also been enhanced in the new version.

With 2nd Nature’s new integration to Avaya’s Communication Manager, customers will be able to centralize the administration of important functions such as moves, adds, changes, automated provisioning, record level permissions, password resets, voice mail list management, subscriber options, transaction auditing, reporting, and more, across a wider range of enterprise voice systems.
